The Village du Caillou, originally designed to be rented in its entirety and therefore able to accommodate large groups (up to 50 people at a time), contains vast shared areas perfect for getting together and 8 independent flats with a capacity of 6 to 8 people.

Each flat has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people (with the exception of a 3-bedroom flat which can accommodate 8 people).
Small shared areas
All flats have small-shared living areas.
Most flats have the following facilities:
- A kitchen, dining room and lounge area
- One or two shower rooms + separate WC
- 2 bedrooms + wardrobes or dressing room
Each flat also has the following facilities: 1 fridge, 1 microwave, 1 double-burner cooker, 1 Senseo machine, 1 kettle, various tableware and 1 hairdryer.
The bedrooms
Our flats have one double bedroom and one bedroom for 4 people (with the exception of the flat for 8 people, which has 2 bedrooms for 3 people and one double bedroom). The air-conditioned rooms have single beds (for the 4-person rooms) and double beds (for the two-person rooms).

Booking conditions | The Village du Caillou flats can be rented on an individual basis (no access to the Village's extensive shared areas for this type of rental) for any stay between 10/07/23 and 31/07/23. The flat is available for a minimum of 2 nights. Most of our flats can accommodate up to 6 people (max. number of children = 4, max. number of adults = 4). They have 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 4 single beds. The 8-person apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 with 3 single beds). |
| Check-in | Between 15:00 and 19:00 - Late check-in possible on prior request at an additional cost. |
| Check-out | 10:00 - Late checkout possible by prior arrangement at extra cost. |
| Deposit | A deposit of €300 is required. This can be paid by credit card on check-in. At the end of your stay, if there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded directly to your account within 5 working days. |
